30.09.2022 - City-Tour 3 und 4 und am Abend

Am Freitag, 30.09.2022 entfallen die große City-Tour 3 und die Nachmittags-City-Tour 4 komplett mit allen Abfahrtszeiten. Wir bieten alternativ unsere City-Tour 2 an (Abfahrtszeiten beachten!). Die City-Tour am Abend entfällt ebenfalls mit allen Abfahrtszeiten.

03.10.2022 - City-Tour 3 und 5

Am Tag der deutschen Einheit entfällt die große City-Tour 3 mit allen Abfahrtszeiten. Wir bieten alternativ unsere City-Tour 2 an (Abfahrtszeiten bitte beachten). Die schöne Spreefahrt City-Tour 5 mit Abfahrtszeit 14:45 Uhr entfällt - die Fahrt um 15:30 Uhr findet statt.

08.10.2022 - Ruderregatta - Sperrung

Aufgrund einer Ruderregatta werden Spree, Humboldthafen und Berlin-Spandauer-Schifffahrtskanal ganztägig gesperrt. Wir können daher nur unsere City-Tour 1 ab/an Friedrichstraße anbieten. ALLE anderen Touren (2, 3, 4 und die Abendfahrt) müssen leider entfallen. Ab Schloßbrücke/Charlottenburg, ab ABION-Hotel und ab Jannowitzbrücke/Märkisches Ufer finden heute KEINE Fahrten statt.

12.10.2022 - City-Tour 2 und 5

Am Mittwoch, 12.10.2022 entfällt die neue City-Tour 2 mit allen Abfahrtszeiten. Wir bieten alternativ unsere City-Tour 3 an (Abfahrtszeiten bitte beachten). Die schöne Spreefahrt City-Tour 5 mit Abfahrtszeit 15:30 Uhr entfällt - die Fahrt um 14:45 Uhr findet statt.

13.10.2022 - City-Tour 3 und 5

Am Donnerstag, 13.10.2022 entfällt die große City-Tour 3 mit allen Abfahrtszeiten. Wir bieten alternativ unsere City-Tour 2 an (Abfahrtszeiten bitte beachten). Die schöne Spreefahrt City-Tour 5 entfällt mit allen Abfahrtszeiten.

14.10.2022 - City-Tour 2

Am Freitag, 14.10.2022 entfällt die neue City-Tour 2 mit Abfahrt um 10 Uhr Schloßbrücke und 11 Uhr Friedrichstraße. Die späteren Abfahrtszeiten finden statt.

6.11.2022 - letzter Tag der Saison

Am Sonntag, 06.11.2022 bieten wir die letzten Fahrten in der Saison 2022 an. Ab 7.11.2022 werden die Schiffe winterfest gemacht und ruhen bis Frühjahr 2023 an den Anlegestellen.

Pre-booking deadlines for online ticket sales:
The "Classic City Tour 1" can be booked online up to 3 hours before departure. Tickets for all other tours can be booked up to 12 hours before departure.

For all trips, tickets can also be purchased spontaneously - subject to availability - on site at the piers (cash or card payment).


Note:
All vouchers with a code of more than 6 digits (purchase date before 15.6.2022), must please be redeemed by direct contact (phone, e-mail or by presenting a printout at the checkout). All vouchers with a 6-digit code can be redeemed in our online store without any problems.

FAQ

Dogs are allowed on board with us as long as your pet is well-behaved so that other passengers are not disturbed. A dog ticket costs 2€ and can only be purchased additionally at the ticket office (not online).
Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge with us, therefore a ticket is not necessary.
Buggy and stroller may of course be brought on board. However, the upper deck is accessible only by stairs. The interior is also accessible only via a few steps.
Online booking is only possible if you agree to our ticketshop cookies. Open the cookie banner via the link "Cookie settings" in the content area or in the footer. In the Ticketshop tab, you must check the box next to activate and save your settings.
With us, severely disabled persons receive a discount; the accompanying person also travels at the price of the severely disabled person.
With us you get the senior discount from 60 years.
