We are happy to take a limited number of non-electric wheelchairs from the Schloßbrücke, Charlottenburger Ufer pier, however escorts are required. Our ships have several steps inside, so barrier-free boarding with wheelchairs is not possible.

FAQ

Dogs are allowed on board with us as long as your pet is well-behaved so that other passengers are not disturbed. A dog ticket costs 2€ and can only be purchased additionally at the ticket office (not online).
Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge with us, therefore a ticket is not necessary.
Buggy and stroller may of course be brought on board. However, the upper deck is accessible only by stairs. The interior is also accessible only via a few steps.
Online booking is only possible if you agree to our ticketshop cookies. Open the cookie banner via the link "Cookie settings" in the content area or in the footer. In the Ticketshop tab, you must check the box next to activate and save your settings.
With us, severely disabled persons receive a discount; the accompanying person also travels at the price of the severely disabled person.
